CREES offers many courses the old fashioned way. We sell workbooks for continuing real estate education as well as provide 90 hours of pre-license coursework required prior to taking the Tennessee Real Estate Exam. Below is a list of courses available from our office. Available Courses

• 60 Hour Pre-License Correspondence Course

  Cost: $350.00

  A 60 hour course of real estate fundamentals is required for anyone wishing to become a Realtor in the state of Tennessee. Passing this class prepares and qualifies the student to take the state exam.
  
  Subjects covered in this course include, but are not limited to: real estate terminology, math, financing, law, investment, environmental issues, property management, fair housing, legal descriptions, etc. Section quizzes are provided to assess progress, and a cumulative final exam is given at the end of the course in our office.
  
  Course - $350.00
  Enrollment in course automatically enables student to attend course discussions at the CREES school at 1810 Alpine Drive Clarksville TN

  Students have one year from enroll date to complete the course.
